Aussie Parmigiana with chips and salad

This classic dish is made in house with fresh whole Chicken fillets dipped in egg and bread crumbs, then fried and dressed with shaved ham tomato based Napolitana sauce then sprinkled with shredded cheese and oven heated for 3 minutes allowing the cheese to melt perfectly and served with chips and salad.
